This week, we will be running in Reston @ 7:00 AM ET on Saturday, July 18th. The coaches will be Cathy and Kirk.
Meeting Point: 12196 Sunset Hills Road, Reston, VA 20190. We will be meeting behind the YMCA.

Sign Up: PLEASE sign-up for each training run. Please click on the following link and enter your information. Please Sign Up by Thursday (7/16) at Noon.
Reminder: We require runners to carry fluids, as we get into the slog months of summer and increase training distances.
Distance: The scheduled mileage is 13 miles for marathon trainees and 6 miles for the half-marathon trainees.
Route:
Full Marathoners: 13 miles: Runners will be start from home base, turn left and run to MP 23 and then turn back to MP 16.5 and then back to the start.
Half Marathoners: 6 miles: Runners will be start from home base, turn left and run to MP 21.5 and then back to the start.
Aid Stations: There will be 2 aid-stations on course, at MP 21 (Crestview Rd), and at trail-side by home base (~MP 18.5).
