• Race on the scenic C&O Towpath
• Half Marathon Map
• Headphone Policy
• Stroller Policy
• Race Course and Finish Line will be open for 3 1/2 hours.

Premiums

• Colorful, technical shirt
• Medals to all half marathon finishers

Packet Pickup

• Sunday, May 18th, 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM, on site at C&O Canal Towpath, Carderock Recreation Area, Clara Barton Parkway, Carderock, MD

Start/Finish & Parking

• The race starts and ends at C&O Canal Tow Path, Carderock Recreation Area, Clara Barton Parkway, Carderock, MD.  Directions to Parking can be found using Google Maps

Aid Stations

• Three aid stations along the course
• Half-marathoners pass aid stations six times (approximately every 2 miles)
• Each aid station has water and Gatorade
• First aid, course marshals, and bike support on the course as well.

Refunds and Deferrals

• Entry fees cannot be refunded for any reason including injury, pregnancy, weather, or family emergencies. We regret that we cannot make exceptions. Race registrations may NOT be deferred to another year.

Beneficiaries

• Race proceeds benefit MCC Charity Partners who volunteer at our events.

Post-Race

• After the race, enjoy our post-race food and entertainment.
